I bought an internet to go package with a Huawei mobile router. When the included 30gb allowance was used up I added another €50 to the account and someone from the online chat was able to renew the tariff.
I’ve since added a bank account to allow auto top-ups but nothing happens. How do I get another data package?

Did you already register yourself at “Mein o2”?
As the pack has a duration of 1 year, it is not prolonged automatically. You need to order the internet-to-go-pack at “Mein o2”.
