Dear O2 community,
I would like to take my 2 O2 phone numbers with me to Deutsch Telekom.
We have moved to a new house and here we don’t have O2 coverage.
Could you please release both numbers ?
If there are fees to be applied, we can recharge our phone numbers and then you can release them.

The switch to Telekom happened today and it was smooth.
However I’m still considered using an O2 phone number: When someone from Deutsch Telkom calls me they receive a record message that they are making calls to an O2 number and they will get charged for that. I’ve contacted Telekom and told me that this is an issue that O2 needs to fix, they can’t do anything from their end.
