Hi @tariqul,
welcome to the o2 community!
I have now cleared the porting order for your phone number.
This means you can now contact your new provider and ask them to import your o2 phone number to your new contract.
Please make sure that all your customer data at your new provider exactly matches your current data at o2 (even if there has been some updated data like a new address in the meantime) to ensure the transfer will work.
Best regards,
Jan.
Hello,
I kindly would like to transfer my current mobile number from o2 prepaid to another network for my new contract. Can you please release my number for porting immediately?
I have already kept 25 euros in my prepaid balance for the transfer fee.
Thank you in advance.

Thank you @o2_Jan for you answer.
What will happen to my O2 account after that (and the O2 loop) will it be deactivated by it self once the other contract starts or is there any action needed from my side to end my current prepaid account?
Thank you.
Hi @Ahmed.ElGamal,
once your number has been successfully transferred to your new provider, your prepaid contract with o2 will be terminated automatically.
If there is an amount of money left on your current o2 prepaid account, you can use this form in order to let the remaining sum be transferred to your bank account.
Best regards,
Jan.
Hello,
What is the minimum account balance/charges for the transfer of my current o2 prepaid number to another network?
Best Regards,
Sachin
Hi @Raykar,
welcome to the o2 community!
There needs to be a balance of 24.95 EUR on your prepaid card before porting your number to another provider as that is the amount you will be charged for it.
Unless you’re porting your number to an o2 postpaid contract, as that would be free of charge.
Best regards,
Jan.
