Hello O2 team,

I would like to port my number from O2 prepaid to another provider.

Can you please tell me the procedure?

Or can you please release my number as soon as possible?
Hey pratuljn,

welcome to our community! We are sorry to hear that you decided to leave us.

If you want to port your number to a different provider proceed as follows:

1. Make sure that your pre paid card is topped up with 24,99€. That is the amount that o2 charges for the port.

2. Inform us that you want to port the number, so that we can arrange it.

3. Inform your new provider that you want to take this number with you.

Let me know if you have any further questions. :)

Kind regards,

Ubbine

Hello Team,

I would like to port my O2 number to Lebara. I initiated the process but the port requested is getting rejected for my number. Could you please release my number for the port and let me know further procedure/formalities ?

Thanks,
Jamais

Hi @Jamais

welcome to our English community. :hugging:

According to your wish, I have just released your prepaid-number. You just have received a confirmation by SMS. You have now the possibility to contact your new provider in order to ask for a transfer of your number to the new provider. We will charge you with a service fee of 6,82 €. Therefore, make sure that you have this amount as credit on your prepaid-card.

If you still have a remaining amount on your card after the porting, you can order the transfer of the remaining amount to your personal bank account by filling out this document: pay-out of the remaining amount .

I hope that this information is helpful to you, even though we regret that you leave us.

Loving greetings,

Tobias
