Not able to access my new prepaid connection

My O2 contract is over and i dont know why they send me bill once again.  I took new aldi sim where i want to port with my old 02 number but suddenly my prepaid connection is not working and they send me one more bill from 02.

 

Please fix this issue why phone sim is not working anymore and why i am getting bill again?

welcome back in our community. 🍃

We issue invoices retrospectively. Your contract was terminated on October 14th 2022, and the last invoice will be issued after termination.

That's why you'll also find the note "Abschlussrechnung” (“final invoice") at the top of your invoice.

At the beginning, you only paid for the first time after one month. 😉
