So this Monday I signed for a O2 Grow contract with iPhone SE. The iPhone just arrived, but no SIM card came with it, and I don't know how to activate my contract or put it to use. When I clicked the link to confirm my email, it asks me to login using SMS, but I can't do that since I still do not have a number linked to O2 because my SIM card never arrived. What to do? How to proceed?

I would like to ask you a question: Have you had a look into the box? In my case there was a Little Flyer (it looks like) an there on was my Sim Card.
In some cases O2 send both items in the same box.
If not how long are you waiting for the Card??

Nothing else in the box except an advertisement flyer for the phone insurance.
I have been waiting since monday. I received an email saying I would be notified when the items were sent to the delivery company but that never happened. So today I got the phone, but no SIM card, no access to meine O2 or contract number.
I have no idea what to do or how to proceed.
So okay,
The time for a Sim Card to arrive is between 3 - 5 Days.
So in this moment all thing going right.
If you don`t receive your Card till Monday, you can Call the Bestellhotline. If you have the option of an translator speaking for you will be helpful.
I know that waiting for Items can be incredibly stressful, but i can tell you only that in the moment everything is going well.

Thanks for your answer. I understand that it has not been too long, and that is not the issue. The issue is unpredictability, and not knowing if everything is supposed to be this way or not. The thing I am mostly concerned about now is the fact that I cannot view my order status, and cannot access any other portal except this forum, for I still don't have the number and also the login page says my email is not a costumer email yet. Is this also supposed to be like that?
Unfortunately I have no one to speak German for me, if I need to call.

Did you received a paper “Lieferschein” or “Rechnung” with our Phone?
There will be a “Auftragsnummer” so if you got this you can use the hotline.
Or you register with your email address on the “Meino2-App” and try if you can see anything.

When you have found the order number (Auftragsnummer) then you can see the order status on our portal without having to register.
Have you contact the hotline in the meantime?

I was having trouble accessing the order status page, which thanks to your link I can now access, however it only shows the iPhone itself in the order, I do not see the SIM Card.
Am I doing this process wrong?

sorry for the late answer. There are two order. On the one hand the mobile phone contract (SIM-Card) and on the other hand your mobile phone. That´s the reason, why you can´t see the SIM card when you look at the order details for your Phone. Have you received the SIM card in the meantime?
