Recently I had experienced what can only be described as the worst hotline customer service ever, that person straight up didn’t want to sell / help me with anything while I was the one telling them their job, and to my luck I had to deal with the same person 3 DIFFERENT TIMES all of which were horrendous.

Now the thing that infuriate me the most is that I’m not receiving any SMSs anymore after the call to rate my experience, like where should I go with this?

The number I want to receive these text messages on is (713) at the end

I’m sorry to hear, that you’ve made auch an experience. The Feedback request sets in randomly. If you haven’t received a messages by now, your recent contacts don’t seem to have been chosen for this query.

The other option is a letter to our customer care adress. My co-workers will then try to sort it out. You won’t get much feedback about the process, but it’ll be in good hands.

Have you managed to discuss the reason why you’ve called in the first place, or is there still something we should take a look at?
