New O2 homespot connection. No internet

Hello,

Can you please help me. I have got a new O2 Speedbox. I have got the sim card activated. But when I connect I get a red blinking light for LTE/3G. The internet does not neowork. Can you please help me. How can I solve this issue

There is a solution that may can help you. Please put the SIM in your Smartphone and deactivate the PIN for the SIM.
