Unfortunately, we cannot subsequently change a delivery address here.
What kind of order is it? Did you order online/by phone or in one of our shops? Then it's best to call again or go back there, the staff can check whether a new order is necessary in this case.

I am waiting for my O2 sim so i do not have a account yet. When i enter my information on bestellungstatus website it says “Diese Funktion steht zur Zeit nicht zur Verfügung.”. Perhaps you can check it for me. my order number is WSHWXXXXXXXXXX.

Yes, I was informed. Since i was missing apartment number from the delivery address the order was returned and it says the order will be cancelled. I never got the mail about the tracking number and it is returned now. What are the next steps i need to take ???

when the hardware order was canceled, the mobile contract should be canceled too. But you have a number porting ordered, that will start at the activation of the mobile contract. So I think the mobile contract will activate.
Did you get a hardware discount? If not, you can simply order the hardware again.

I received my iphone but there was no sim card in the package. Amount has already been charged for both phone and sim contract since december. Also Can i get esim directly instead of physical sim?

the SIM card always comes separately in a letter. If you have not received it, did you get the email concerning activation of your tariff? You can then order a replacement card here. Alternatively please call our English speaking support to clarify your issue.
You can order an eSIM for any contract in addition or instead of a physical SIM.

If you have problems with your address (like for ex. the mail does not arrive or cannot find your letterbox),
I recommend you to go directly to an o2 shop, as you can get the simcard there directly.
