I have gotten a prepaid card S, and everytime I recharge 10 euro, my credit is 10 euros just for a few seconds, but then and when I looked at my credit balance again at https://www.o2online.de/ or via SMS, it gets back at 0.26 cents or 0.52 cents. I would like to know where are the rest of my 10 euro? since i haven’t made phone calls or send SMS messages.
I would gladly appreciate your help.

welcome to our community. 
o2 Prepaid S is an option which is charged with 9,74 EUR (regularily 9,99 EUR) and contains an allnet flatrate to all German networks and a data volume of 3.5 GB. It has a period of 28 days. Everytime you charge your card with a new credit it is automatically paid for another month.
If you don’t want to use it the package has to be cancelled. Afterwards you get a 9 ct options with no internet (99 ct/day) and no phoneflat ( 9ct/min). Please be aware it could be more expensive that the package.
