Dear Respected Team O2,

I am is regular customer of O2 from last 8 years,I signed many contracts with O2,I request you to please send me one monthly bill once time which I pay together in every Month.I am very upset when you sent bill with different date.I need all contracts bill one time in every month.I hope all will be good.

Each contract has its own billing period. If you want this to be the same for all contracts then you will need to contact customer services and request that the billing period be changed to the one you would prefer. This change costs 29.99 per contract, however.

welcome to the o2 Community 💙.

It is as bs0 already said, when your contracts aren’t running under one account number, they’ll always have separate billing periods. You can change these when we are talking about mobile or landline contracts, in the case of any smartphones that you have from us, these cannot be changed.
