A German bank account. My invoices went from -10 cents to 70e. Don”t know how to check if an invoice is paid, what is the meaning of those numbers etc…

I have bought O2 paket from O2 shop for 60 Euro a month all inclusive DSL home internet and unlimited mobile data, minute tarrif. This paket was having flex property can be cancelled anytime with a one month warning.
In the meantime Customer care has proposed me on the telephone she could reduce my 60 Euro to 40 Euro with the same benefits, no additional payment, but in case 24 months contract. I had accepted that proposal. However in less than 2 weeks time, I have undertood O2 has charged me 163 Euro!! Yes it is not a joke.
I can share the invoice here. 99,99 Euro for my mobile number one time payment! And more over all, can you imagine I have purchased a 60 Euro package, but they have charged me after, their so called discounted tariff more than 63 Euro :)
How can a man understand that? I was happy that they could propose me a lower price tariff but it came out to be a trap.
This situation is making me so uncomfortable and unhappy. O2 is careless about this issue.

Wie kann ein Mann das verstehen? Ich war froh, dass sie mir einen günstigeren Tarif vorschlagen konnten, aber es stellte sich als Falle heraus.
Diese Situation macht mich so unwohl und unglücklich. O2 geht bei diesem Thema sorglos vor.

It is not only to find a fast solution, because this issue concerns DSL internet, and several subjects are together. With O2 everything is mixed up now.
I have purchased an O2 One Unlimited Home 100 Flex package which included unlimited internet and minutes plus SMS on mobile and DSL internet with a fixed home telephone for a monthly 60 Euro and with cancellation option anytime with 1 month warning. That was the start point.
Than on the telephone O2 tried to convince me to accept a better tarrif so called for my benefit o2 Free Unlimited Smart. Instead of 60 Euro, you will pay only 40 Euro. That was the whole story.
Now O2 prepares a trap for a customer and send a 163 Euro invoice !!!! Can you please tell me what is the base for that??? Also can you tell me is it for benefit of a customer or it is a kind of trick to get more money from customer rather then convincing customer to stay longer with O2? First time I could see such an approach. It is not fair nor correct way of gaining trust of customers. How do you plan to solve this issue?

I am so so annoyed by the O2 service. I am using o2 for dsl as well as have for phone too. I chose an existing offer from o2 for existing customer that charges 10€ less for dsl but I am paying the regular amount. I took this to customer service this month and they told that I will get the money back for the previous months and I don’t have to pay 10€ extra anymore and now guess what, I received an invoice for almost 80€. I have no idea how does this happen. I pay 25€ for phone that’s more or less useless for me and so expensive compared to other offers and o2 doesn’t allow me to cancel the contract. Not just this, I didn’t have internet for almost half a month and still paying the full amount and then didn’t even have curtesy to give me my money back. I really feel like going to consumer court because I feel O2 is just looting me without providing any service. Additionally I am paying 35€ for dsl that too without offer which should be 25€ ideally and rightfully but then I get an invoice for 80€ And there is no way I can get my money back. The service is so so terrible.
Please please have a look into this. I really want to switch to other provider. I am so fed up with o2.

In order to help you here and to be supportive, we need a precise description of what is wrong in detail. I will summarise as I have understood it:
DSL: Combi discount missing by 10 euros, actually only 25 euros in total.
Mobile contract: 25 euro contract, but charged much more.
Regarding the combined discount: Do both contracts run under the same customer number and are also billed together?
Why is your mobile phone contract virtually useless for you? Did you only conclude the mobile phone contract alone at that time?
To find out more about why you were charged more, you can check your bill in detail. You are also welcome to upload an anonymised screenshot here in the forum, then we can all look together to see where the problem is and explain the bill.

Thanks for the reply.
I called customer care last month and they told me that they have linked my both customer care number and I will get the money back for the extra amount charged last months for my dsl. Unfortunately that I didn’t receive. Let’s say if the bill is now combined( earlier it was not), still the total should be 60€ and not 74€ as attached. I tried to see the invoice but it only shows the invoice for 25€ for my phone.
I really don’t know how to find information on this. I didn’t have wifi for 12 days and that money I am not getting back but instead I have been charged more and more. What kind of service is this.
and yeah the phone contract is useless for me because the internet does not even work in the area I live. The network is too bad and o2 has better offers that gives a phone too in more or less same amount. I pay 25€ and get bad service and I can’t even cancel the contract.
I am attaching the mail that I received from O2. Please see what the problem is? And tell me how can I get the money back for past months when I have been charged extra despite being o2 customer.

thank you for the screenshot. However, it only shows a notification email, not the invoice. Can you open the invoice by clicking on the red link? Ist this for the mobile contract only?
Regarding a compensation for the DSL-downtime you can apply for a refund with this online form: Antrag auf Entschädigung.

I filled the form for the reimbursement and I haven’t received anything. I ended up paying 74€ and I don’t know what for. I didn’t have wifi for 12 days. I want to cancel my phone contract and that is also not happening and I don’t know what to do regarding this and on top of this, I am paying even more for no reason.
I was sent a sim with extra internet for the time I didn’t have Internet and I don’t if I am being charged for that sim as well. It is too confusing and not at all transparent. Please please refund my money atleast for the time I didn’t have my wifi. And let me know how to proceed with cancellation of my sim contract. I am extremely annoyed by the amount of money I am charged and no one helps me.

Additionally, I only want to cancel my phone contract and not the DSL one. I only need to get the refund for the time I didn’t have wifi for 12 days.
I also request to send me money for the past months for dsl. It shouldn’t be charged 29,99 but 19,99 as I am an already O2 customer but I am not getting the benefit even though I chose that offer.
