I am not sure if I have understood you correctly. Do you want to change your tariff or the contract holder? Or something completely different? Maybe you can also find the answer in our faq

thanks a lot for replying. Now it is much clearer for us what you like to do. 

@bs0 has written a nice article that helps you to do the change of the contract owner. : 

As you see, it is necessary that you fill out the online form “Vertragsinhaberwechsel”.
