I'm not being charged

Hello everyone!

 

I started my 02 subscription 2 weeks ago an was supposed to be charged 40 euros for the first month and a 40 month fee! However i still have no charges on my account?

Is this normal procedure? I am worried this is a problem and will result in additional fees?

Hello @VANAISTRYING ,

welcome to the o2 Community 💙.

You are generally billed retroactively, always for the previous month. As such the first bill that you will receive would be a little bit after a month since the start of the contract has passed.
