Hello, my second sim card was locked because I entered my PIN incorrectly 3 times (I have the correct one now). I need to restore it but I lost my PUK code and have no access to my account on o2.



I can't solve my problem via Hotline as I don't speak German.



Can you help me?

It's easy and fast. Go to the "Mein o2" section of the o2 homepage. There you go to the point "Tarif & Vertrag" and there on the tab "SIM-Karte verwalten". There you will find the item "PIN & PUK einsehen" at the top. Please select this item and follow the on-screen instructions. That's it.



Please note the following: If you enter the PUK 10 times incorrectly, then the SIM card is finally dead. You can then always get a replacement SIM card for a one-time fee, where you then your existing mobile phone number and possibly existing landline number falls. By exchanging for a replacement SIM card these numbers are not exchanged. They are preserved.

Please wait for an o2 moderator. You can tell by the blue o2 behind the username. This will speak of itself here to speak and can certainly help you by PN (private message). That can go fast and be done in a few minutes, this will be reported. This can sometimes take a few hours / days, depending on how much is to do here in the forum.



If it should go fast, then use the o2 chat on o2.de/chat or call o2. There you should also offer English support.

I have locked myself out and cannot find the PUK code.Even in my Meine 02 app "The manage SIM card section is not showing any data”.It would be great if someone can help
