I lost the PUK code
Hello, my second sim card was locked because I entered my PIN incorrectly 3 times (I have the correct one now). I need to restore it but I lost my PUK code and have no access to my account on o2.
I can't solve my problem via Hotline as I don't speak German.
Can you help me?
