Huge bill amount on 2 months!!


Hello, 

There is a huge problem with my previous and this month. I'm receiving 60+60e extra for internet and i have to pay only 29e. My tariffe is s22 ultra+sim packet with 40gb monthly. I do not use my internet outside of EU as you can see. So please refund my money back or i have to take additional steps. Thank you!

Hello @Amar.i,

unfortunately we have a maintenance this weekend and can not access any bill data. re you sure the additional amount is billed for internet usage? That qould be quite strange since all our tariffs right now have an internet package that will cover any internet cost within germany and (up to a limited amount but you will be informed before any costs appear) in the EU.

We can have a look into this after this weekend, right now I can only ask for some patience :-/

Dear @Amar.i ,

I just looked at your bill and I see about 60 euros for both bills for connections outside the EU (mainly data usage). Since you haven't activated an itemised bill, I can't tell you exactly which country it was in.

Thats the problem, I havent used my internet outside of EU.. 

I need a solutiom of this please! I'm not going to pay two times 60+ euros for literally nothing, do I have to end my contract to avoid the huge bills?

Dear @Amar.i ,

were you possibly near a border, so that your mobile phone dialled into the foreign network there? This often happens near Switzerland, for example, or in Cyprus.

Yes! I live near Basel its 5km from my home.

If this often happens, how does others fix this issue? Please kindly let me pay my tarrife and do not add any extras to my bills.. I'm waiting my for refund, Thank you..

Dear @Amar.i ,

I am sorry but there is no way for a refund. The settings of your mobile phone are in your care. You can switch off data roaming in your mobile phone settings.

There is cost protection that prevents you from having to pay more than 59.50 euros for costs incurred outside the EU. If you reach this sum, you will receive an info SMS.

What do you mean there is no way?? It is so good way to refund them! 

My data roaming is always off and I have never got a message that i have reached any limit. No one in the world is gonna pay 100e for getting nothing of that and I will contact my lawyer and unfortunately I will have to that way, because you dont seem to hear customers problems!
