I am a new O2 customer and want to transfer my old number from WinSim to O2. My WinSim contract will expire at the end of this month. I informed them . When I signed up to O2 I selected the 'cancellation assistance' option.
What do I need to do to transfer my old number to O2?
Unfortunately there is no ticket panel for customers to ask the customer center at O2 this question.

Have you registered your contract for mein o2 already? When you are logged in with your contract you can order the porting of a number to your contract from there. Just look under “Tarif&Vertrag” and then “Tarif verwalten”. Let us know if you need any further support.
