Hello O2 team, 

I am really concern about the 2 year-term contract free M 2019 that I have signed just two days ago in 10.1.2020. However I didn't know that such a contract would take two years to be able to terminate before it get automatically renewed.

Knowing that I am foreign in Germany and staying here for 6 months according to my residence permit 18c, I would like really to switch to another offer like prepaid card or something else that suits my situation.

Otherwise how to terminate this fresh issued contract. 

I am really sorry to ask such request but it's necessary in order to avoid being vulnerable to any problem in the future.

Did you make the contract online, by phone or in a shop?

In shop but I know that I I have to go back there. However just to get a clue because Im really busy and hard to make it there these days.

Just a question : is it possible to terminate it or switch to an other prepaid card offer.

You are right. You‘ve got to go to the shop, only the shop is able to help you, if they want to. But I ‘m afraid that they won‘t terminate the contract or switch it to prepaid. The shops live from the commissions that o2 pays them for the contracts.

By the way: As you signed the contract there, there is no right of withdrawal.
