Hello,

 

I have ordered a HomeSpot M Junge Flex on Monday 28th of March. I have received  three emails :

  • wichtige informationen zu Ihrem ausgewalhten o2 produkt
  • Ihre Bestellung by O2
  • Ihre O2 Auftragsbestatigung with a contract number (DRZxxxxxxxx).

However, for the moment I have not received the Sim-card and I have not received the router neither.

Moreover, I can not connect to https://www.o2online.de/vt-order-status/bestellstatus to see the status because “Die Auftragsnummer darf nur aus Ziffern und Buchstaben bestehen und muss mindestens 11 Stellen haben.”, even though it is made auf 11 numbers and letters.

Wenn will the router and the sim-card arrive?

It is really urgent as I don’t have any access to internet at home!

Yesterday, I received an email telling me to activate my SIM card. But I can’t do it since I STILL have not received it.

 

Please, could you answer me rapidly!
