Help with Invoice

Hi, i need someone who speaks English in order to sort an issue with my monthly invoice.

Can someone help me with this? I was charged a different amount on my bank account and I want to know why I don't have the same amount in the last invoice with the detail of the charges. Please clairfy what these additional charges are.

I just have checked your last 2 invoices. You were charged with connections outside of the EU.

 

As you did not allow us to send an itemized bill, I cannot tell you more about the connections.

Thank you for your reply.

 

Yes, I have switched on my roaming and I am outside the EU currently. Please let me know how can I turn off the roaming so that no I do not have to pay any further charges.
