Hello i but a new Phone from O2 an iPhone 14 pro max it is Been 4 days  now but I didn’t receive any email confirms that I buy it or the track number so I can track my phone I am so confused if you could help me

Hallo, ich habe ein neues Telefon von O2, ein iPhone 14 pro max. Es ist jetzt 4 Tage her, aber ich habe weder eine E-Mail mit der Kaufbestätigung noch die Titelnummer erhalten, damit ich mein Telefon verfolgen kann. Ich bin so verwirrt, ob Sie mir helfen könnten Mich

From what I can see here, the order for the iPhone 14 is currently on hold, as we’d like you to pay an increased downpayment for the myHandy contract. You should have received an info for this, so please do check your emailaccount again, including the spam folder for any messages from us concerning this.

No I didn’t receive any email like that they send me that they would send me an email of confirmation and I track number and that is it and they send me an email like a contract just to read it they say that in 3 or 4 days I will get the phone but I didn’t get that email

an email with the contract summary and agreement went out to you two days ago.

The email address used was the one stored under My o2 (feel free to check your spam folder).

Without this acceptance, the order will be cancelled after 8 days.
