Hi, I have been charged extra money and I cannot explain why. I have just travelled in Europe ( the Netherlands, Greece and Italy) and O2 never sent me any message about extra charge before charging me!
As this is a company costs my job should refound I need to have a reason for this extra charge.
Is there a why to add a limit-stop the service if the max allowance has been reached?
