Hello, I am one of your customer that would like to inquire about the payments that were deducted in my bank account. Can someone clear things up for me? First we paid the einmalig payment that was a total of 185,99 € payment was made before we purchased the phone with the sim. It was dated Feb. 5, 2023.
Then we again another deduction was made on March 06, 2023 by Telefonica Germany GmbH + Co. OHG which is 54 €.
And now, another deduction was made by Telefonica Germany GmbH + Co. OHG for 133.30 €.
What was that for? Can someone clarify this?
