I checked my orders.

They returned 2 iphones yesterday.

But 2 apple watch will be arrive today.

Who can I ask them to bring the samev2 iphones too, today with the watches?

again, if the iphones go back to o2, the order will be canceled and you will have to re-order. You will not get the returned iphones anymore...

So I ordered 2 iphones yestersay again, but they rejected.

2-3 weeks waiting is alot.

How i can make the process of cancelling goes faster?

Now I am home since yesterday and waiting for my orders but they never come here.

My address is correct and my name on the ring.

Why they again returned my orders.

Please i need to talk with some body responsible for that.

Last week i ordered 2 iphone 14 without sim card but unfortunetely i was not home and the DHL could not deliver them to me and now they returned to O2.

I received the email from O2 that they received them.

My question is: now i want to order them again but they rejected.

What can I do?

Also I did not receive my money back.

I’m sorry, but as all your orders so far have been rejected, maybe try ordering a different model. You can ask the “Auskunftsstelle” for the reason for the rejection, but I think that a delivery date isn’t really the question when your orders aren’t actually going through.

as jsc has already said the orders were rejected due to failing the credit check, you will have received a mail for this. In there you will find the address of the “Auskunftsstelle” where you can address any questions concerning the credit check. If you made a down payment and the order ended up cancelled, then you’ll receive the money back, but this process takes some time.
