Today i received email that they retern my orders!!!

Because i was not at home.

Why they never put paper in my mailbox and i can go to DHL and get my orders???

DHL could not deliver your parcel because your address was not correct or your name was not clearly written on the front door, in which case the parcel goes back to o2.

They will retern the money as soon as the parcel receive there??

It can take up to 2-3 weeks for the cancellation to be confirmed and the money returned.

After confirming the cancellation by email you can place a new order.

Can I order a new phone now?

You can try, but it is not advisable as the credit check will maybe reject the order

No, they don't resend the returned phones, you have to reorder.

I can wait for return money, just afraid to receive it 2 times and they never cancell the last one

The EMail about the cancellation is the confirmation.

The second was this number: Auftragsnummer 742XXXXX

I orders 4 devises in 2 shopping basket.

Because Aufragsnummer for my orders were:

but the Auftragsnummer in emeils were:

The first was with this number: Auftragsnummer 742964××

The second was this number: Auftragsnummer 742964××
