I have managed to cancel the prepaid Data Pack L, can I get the refund?

The old pack is on hold and is automatically re-booked as soon as new credit is available. It must be explicitly deactivated before another Pack can be booked, otherwise it will be automatically re-booked.
Do you want to book the Pack S again next month or do you want to switch to the Pack L manually yourself?
I have reimbursed you for the cost of Pack L.

Hi Andrea, thanks very much for your reply! I have cancelled the prepaid Data Pack L and received the refund. I have a question: Pack S costs 9.99 euros including 3.5 GB mobile data, is Pack L the same as Pack S? I would like to use the cost-effective one. Thanks!

Hey @Tulip_abc,

i hope i can help you Pack L includes 13,5GB (currently 18,5GB) and Pack S only includes 3,5GB (currently 6GB).

Hello i have renewed my contract to unlimited 

but i have received i used 5GB 80%  if i want 2GB i send sms  to get it 

but my question is if this GB ends will they take money instead or the internet will stop ? Because i have orderd unlimted and i get this why is that ???????

Did you order an Unlimited on Demand Tarif postpaid contract where you can use 10 GB per day and can upload indefinitely and cost free 2GB each with answering the SMS reminding of the used up or soon to be used up 10 GB?
