Since your current tariff includes a free Connect option, we can subsequently activate this in your new tariff. However, the changeover takes some time. As soon as this has been done, you will receive a credit on your customer account, and your monthly bill will be reduced by €5.00 from that point on.

The package I want is o2 Mobile L (2024), 100GB with a connect option on the email I received a response from like this, but I requested a free connect option because I am already using multi-cards and do not want to pay extra for it
Now I have a couple of questions
1. My current contract expires on March 27, 2025. I want to accept the offer now, but I want to start it after my current contract expires. Is this possible?
3. There is no clear written about contraction extension charges 39,99 etc. is it free of charge or what
