on 04.04.2023, the O2 Shop at Schützenstraße 3, 80335 München called me regarding a contract extension and gave me an offer. I told him that I need to think about it and will let him know if I want to extend my contract.
Two hours later, without my consent, he extended my contract of which I received no confirmation and any notice or papers.
I have called O2 multiple times, talked to more than 5 people, and visited the shop. When I visited the shop, the shop owner admitted his mistake, said he misunderstood, had fixed the error, and canceled the contract. However, it does not show anything in the system, and upon calling O2 customer care, they also say they do not see anything in the system and that cancellation is only possible after two years.
I need help here as I do not want to continue with O2 and cancel my contract. Had the shop owner not extended my contract, I could have canceled my contract on 19.07.2023.
