I sent the contract termination by mail!  you got ?  and from what date will he be terminated?  and I won't be able to use it anymore?

Hello @Atesz16,

your cancellation has been received and your number with the -648 at the end will be deactivated on 27.05.2022.

Exactly, as soon as your contract is deactivated, you can no longer use it.

Regarding your confirmation of termination:
Confirmation by post, for example, can unfortunately take a little time.
However, I can reassure you: you can also see your cancellation date on your subsequent invoices and directly in your My o2 Account via the app or the web browser. 😊

I don't see where it says it is terminated !!  I sent the letter a long time ago, so it would be good to receive confirmation by letter or email, to be sure that the contract is terminated, to have proof of cancellation of the contract

Hello @Atesz16,

I can confirm to you again that the deactivation is set. Your phone number ending with -648 will be deactivated at the 27.05.2022.
You will also find this deactivation date on your follow-up invoice. Usually on page 3 under “Gut zu wissen”/"Good to know".
