I had cancelled my o2 homespot which I had contracted in November 2024, but during that time I didn’t receive either the router neither sim card. so I want to get full refund from Nov 2024 until April 2025.

What communication did you have with o2 regarding the router and SIM?


I had contacted o2 they asked me to message here for getting full refund

Really? Nobody here can do that. Are you sure they didn't ask you to put your request in writing?
