To confirm the notice of termination you have made on the website, a telephone call with our hotline is needed. Unfortunately we do not offer an english speaking service there. But as @bs0 has already correctly pointed out (thanks a lot), you can simply send us the cancellation by post or fax.

I have sent the cancellation by post and the tracking says it was delivered on the 19th, but I still haven’t received any confirmation. Is there any place where I can check if both my lines are confirmed to be cancelled?

we received the cancellation, but unfortunately it was not from the original contract holder.
In order to cancel the contract we need a cancellation from the person who owns the contract.

sorry, my mistake. Your contracts with the numbers -29 and -99 at the end will be terminated on January 5th, 2021.
