contract cancellation
dear,I wanted to change the tariff from unlimited 500 to unlimited 3 with an iPhone 15 mobile phone, the mobile phone could not be delivered to me due to my fault and the mobile contract was cancelled. Now I have a tariff of 3 Mbit/s, which I pay the same as the one of 500 Mbit/s, and I don't have a new mobile phone. I agreed to the new slow tariff only because of the new mobile phone, which I don't have. Today I was in the o2 store and they offered me an iPhone 15 for 48 euros plus the price of the new tariff which he stated was 60 euros, not 32 as I thought and as it says on the o2 application. I asked him if he could cancel my new tariff and return me to the old one, to which he said that he could not, that I had to do it online. Can you tell me how to cancel the new tariff, given that 30 days have not yet passed and I want to go back to the previous one, so I can pay cc30 euros for 500 instead of 60 fo 3mbit/s?

Hello @CustomerBerlin2024, if I understand correctly, you have subscribed to the tariff + smartphone online. Since the device could not be delivered, it has been canceled.

However, your mobile phone contract remains active because it is a mobile phone contract and a myHandy-Contract.

In this case, the only option is to exercise your 14-day right of withdrawal(Widerruf) as long as you are still within this 14-day period.

You can revoke the mobile phone contract by sending an email to widerruf@cc.o2online.de, provided that you subscribed to it online or by phone.

Kind regards

Steffen
