I have an O2 loop sim card and I want to change the plan to O2 Free M Flex Partnerkarte mit 20 GB but I cannot buy it, i don’t know why i tried to buy it so many times and i have a number from Telekom that I want to use but i don’t know how to do “Rufnummermitnahme”.

A tariff change from prepaid to postpaid ist not possible.
If yout want to be a postpaid customer using your o2 prepaid number you have to order an o2 postpaid contract first.
After the activation you can transfer the number from your o2 prepaid sim card for free to your o2 postpaid simcard.
Could you go a bit more into detail what do mean with

Did you try to order a contract and the order was rejected?
