Cannot change owner of contract as there are outstanding invoices, however the payment was pulled via SEPA from my account, MyO2 shows invoice as paid on 13/02 and next invoice due … 13/02 , this has been verified with customer support who redirected me to financial, financial said they will call back as they don’t speak english … no one called. Please help me clear the payment in my account , your customer support can verify it is true.
