Hello https:///people/Arda,

the problem with your cacellation is that we never received one.

So you still have to pay your monthly charges.

Also there are fees because of default charges and because of trying to debit the amount of your bank account which failed. I am going to send you that form for an extraordinary notice of cancellation to your e-mail address and you have to fill that out (is your e-mail address still right A****Y*******1*@gmail.com ? Or is it the one with *************.berlin@gmail.com?)

Please notice- until that is not done the company will always try to debit the amount from your bank account.

Just make sure that you resolve that problem quickly!

Kind regards,

Jessica

Hello Jessica,

Thank you for your quick reply. Yes I am still using the emails that you mentioned above. Can you start an inquiry about my cancellation? I have sent you the documents by e-mail on August 12, 2015. Can you check it? There should be a problem since I am sure that I have cancelled it and sent you all the documents for the cancellation. The documents that I sent you for the cancellation are my abmeldung and my approval to university outside of germany (the cancellation reason).

Best regards,

Arda

Hello @Arda‌,

now I've sent the form to your e-mail address with berlin@gmail.com at the end.

I'm sorry but we do not do e-mail support. To which e-mail address did you send that?

As I said we never received an assignment for your cancellation, so your contract is still active. The only way is to send it via post or as a fax. But you say that you have cancelled your contract in August, didn't you wonder why you didn't get any confirmation? 😀

Kind regards,

Jessica

Hello Jessica,

I got your e-mail I will send the documents soon. I sent before these documents to the mail adress "infomaterial@o2.com". Could you please check it?

No, I didnt wonder since this is also how I cancelled my TK health insurance account.

Last 6 months, my bills were in between 16-33 euros. Normally, I pay 9.99 euros monthly. So how is it possible to get a bill more than 10 euros when you are not using your simcard? Could you please check my account actions and let me know? There should be a problem.

Best regards,

Arda

I have just sent the documents. Could you please conform it when the documents are arrived?

regards,

Arda

Hello https:///people/Arda,

no, there is no mistake.

The problem ist that we could not charge the monthly amount from your bank account. So there are default charges and charges for trying to debit it from your bank account, which failed. So everything is correct.

You have to make sure that we can still debit the money or that you pay it directly, otherwise you will get more and more debts.

And also- we have never received a cancellation from you.

O2 does not accept e-mails. Please make sure that you send is via post or as a fax.

Kind regards,

Jessica

Hi Jessica,

Arda

Dear Jessica,

Best regards,

Arda

Hello https:///people/Arda,

I just checked you data and I can tell you this:

we received your cancellation, but the fax that you sent was impossible to read (almost a black page).

We send you an e-mail with these information:

Dear Mr. Yildirim,

Thank you very much for your letter.

In order to cancel your contract we need the following documents , because the sent documents were not legible:

- a deregistration certificate of your present place of residence

- a notification of your new, foreign domicile

In case you do not have a notification yet, you may also send us a confirmation of your employer or a copy of your rental agreement. Please send the required documents indicating your future address abroad via mail to the following address:

Telefónica Germany GmbH & Co. OHG

Kundenbetreuung

90345 Nürnberg

As soon as we receive the documents, we will cancel your contract to the next possible date.

Kind regards,

Your o2 Team

F. G********

It was sent to your mail-address with "....berlin@gmail.com"

Please check that.

Kind regrads,

Jessica

P.S.: I can not tell you the last debts that are open now. First of all they need your forms and have to confirm that cancellation and than you will get a final revision.

Dear Jessica,

I had sent these documents once again via FAX. So this time they can be read. so i look forward to confirmation and cancellation.
