Cancel order


Dear all..

 

I just ordered a SIM card with a contract but the company declined my order, they told me you have to order the SIM card with a phone so we can complete your order.

Then i ordered 2 iphone with 2 SIM card by mistake, and they send for me the first SIM card without phone.

I want to cancel the order and make it just 1 iphone without SIM card because they just send me one.

A confirmation of cancellation is automatically sent by our system. It takes up to 16 days after setting the deactivation until the confirmation reaches you.
