It depends on your tariff if you may terminate contract immediately or have to wait up to 3 months.

Thank you - I can cancel with one months notice however how do I do it? Is there a specific form I need to post or email and where do I send the hotspot router?

don’t use the web site translation from google, that could cause the problem.
The homespot should be send back with https://router-retoure.o2online.de/start/app/dashboard

True schluej, should it be the case that it is indeed a my Home contract then you can find the necessary documents to return the HomeSpot can be found within the “Retourenportal“
