Hi I just saw some past invoices and I want to know why they are so high - can I get an itemised bill with all my calls made on the past few months. I just saw my invoices and look very high the last 2 months. I want to know if i did any international calls - meaning I may need to change my plan.

You can only opt to receive itemised bill for the future.

As bs0 has said, you can receive an itemised bill, but this is only possible for any future bill. We can’t issue one for any past months. If you have questions or need help concerning this, please let us know.
