I would like to give feedback on your service and also have some questions. Can oyu give me an email address where I can put the complaint? It s bout the service I have received (or the lack of it) and also about my bills. I do not want to call to the English speaking service line, they tell me they cannot help and transfer me to Finance department, where they say they do not speak English and cannot help. Well, I need help! Also visited three stores in Berlin but did not receive the help regarding the bills. What you want me to do?
