Bad Service, I need just a phone. I have already SIM card from o2


I bought SIM card before 3 months ago and the employees said you can take a new phone after 3 months. I went to O2 shop today but the employees said you must to buy a new SIM card with the new phone . I need just a phone. I have already SIM card from O2 .. are you tricking me ? Why you have a bad employees in Gießen Shop .. I want to stop my O2 SIM card and I will buy from another company with respect to a customer.

the Shop has to earn is money, so he try do do the best deal with you.

This has nothing to do with O2

Go to the O2 homepage klick on „Geräte“ and than on „Handys ohne Vertrag“ (Mobile phone without contract). Login fist with your O2 SIM phone number.

Chose the phone you like…

Apparently you were told nonsense in the shop.

Now you can only buy a smartphone paying the full price, in the shop or online. They could have sold you a smartphone in the shop at the same time, when you made the contract, but then the monthly fees would have been much higher.

Perhaps you could save some money if you buy a smartphone elsewhere, not from o2. 😉

I suppose you made a contract for 24 months, so you will have to pay monthly for it at least until the end of its period and can’t stop it before.

I’m sorry that I can’t tell you better things. ☹️

This is very bad answer from a big company.

I can't buy online,  I tried right now to make your steps!!!. The employees today don't help me to buy a phone from O2. This is my problem.

It will probably be cheaper and easier for you to buy the phone you want elsewhere. What phone did you want to buy?

I went to shop to get a help from employees to buy a phone. But they didn't give a help . They didn't say that I can buy phone without SIM card. They were bad employees. For this reason I am sad from O2 company

Yes, you said that already, but nobody here can change that. We can only give you tips how you can buy a phone without a SIM - either via the o2 website or from a different seller.

Up to now only customers have answered your posts. 😉

Did you try and buy a smarthone (online or in the shop) by paying the price all at once or rather with monthly rates? Didn’t it perhaps work due to your creditworthiness?

Apart from this, no shop is obliged to sell you a phone, as you are not obliged to do so either.

So as I already wrote get one elsewhere.

I am sorry that you could not be helped in the store. As shluej has already written to you, there are possibilities to order a cell phone online WITHOUT a SIM contract. Is it because of the language? Do you have someone who could translate the page for you?

One month ago i order internet for my new house from o2 in butzbach city. And modem comes and didn't work i say to the person that work in 02 that internet is not working he come to my house and he couldn't fix it also and after he order a new modem and same problem with the new one and dosent work and i wanted to cancel and i did call

him he saying i most pay for first two month and then i can cancel the contract i dont understand why should i most pay for something that is not working?why 02 always try to abuse people  Worse service ever
