I bought a sim card with 999GB internet for 69.99. The salesperson at Centro in Oberhausen assured me that I get 999GB for 365 days and I don't have to pay every 4 weeks. However, 4 weeks have passed and I have no internet access. I get a message that I need to pay. Now I want to understand if the seller gave me wrong information, or the terms and conditions of my sim card have changed?
