I experienced a situation where I failed to top up my account for 28 days, and as a result, I received an Automatic Data Loop after topping up 15 Euro. There was also a deduction of 2 Euro for Automatic Data. Could you please guide me on how to deactivate this "Automatic Data Loop" and reactivate my O2 prepaid S?

I see that after your top-up of EUR 15, you booked the automatic surf day flat rate twice at 0.99 cents each. However, one day later the o2 prepaid S package was successfully booked. The Surf Dayflat is part of the contract and cannot be deactivated. This option is booked automatically if the smartphone connects to the mobile Internet without a valid smartphone/Internet pack and there is at least 0.99 euros in the credit account.
