Where did you conclude the contract? In a shop? Is the discount shown in the contract?
Yes I concluded the contract in the shop. I contacted the customer care before and they told me to go to the shop and speak. I went there they told everything has been altered and I will be billed for 11.5€ itself. But now I got the bill and it says 19.86€ and when I asked them about young people discount they said it will be shown in the invoice. But my invoice does not show any discount from 7.09.2021 to 6.10.2021. I am 26years old and I have given the proof while signing the contract. Now I am out of country for 2 months and I cant go to the shop again up until December and I am getting the extra bill.
Hello o2 community,
Even though I did raise a enquiry on the invoice I received where I am being overcharged, I still didn't get an answer and O2 has now deducted extra amount. I am paying extra even though I should get a young people discount. I visited the shop to get this rectified as soon as I received the invoice and they said everything is corrected and trusting that I travelled to my home country. Now I am being overcharged. When I visited the shop they told the young people discount will be visible in the invoice and when I contacted the customer care they told that I have signed the contract without the young people discount and it cannot be added. If this is the case then the whole contract has been made wrong and the explanation which was given in the shop is also wrong. Can somebody from o2 community please take care of this?
Hallo @deeksha
welcome to our community.
I checked your contract. The shop already sent an error message containing the missing discount.
My colleagues cleaned it up and credited the 8,50 EUR for the next invoice.
Finally the contract is correct now.
Greetings and thanks to @bs0 for assistance.
Thank you so much for the support.
