Hallo,

Since yesterday (August 16) my cable internet line is active but I never received the router and the fritzbox so I am paying for something that I cannot use not because of my responsibility. I called customer service and was told that the delivery of the router is delayed. O2 should make up for the days I'm without internet. It's not fair that I have to pay for something I can't use.

That you can’t use your connection yet is of course not how things should have gone.

Once you have received the router we can see about the days between activation and the delivery. Just tell us once you have gotten the unit.
