herzlich willkommen bei uns in der o2 Community 💙.

Wenn bei dir ein DSL Anschluss geschaltet wurde, dann solltest du hierzu auch vorher bereits alle Informationen bezüglich des Vertrags erhalten haben, inklusive der Widerrufsbelehrung oder wurde der Vertrag in einem Shop direkt abgeschlossen?

I order one Router but received two  send back one of them after I received a letter they the Router not arrived that’s why I have to 128 euro , i refused to pay that but after charged 50€ again now it’s become to 178 euro . I don’t want pay it’s not my fault what kind of service they doing . They not responsible their work just trying to get costumers money .

I checked inside your data, you used to have a previous my Home contract to the one that you are using at this point. That contract was cancelled at the end of May, the router that you kept belongs to this contract. The router is only on loan from o2, as such you were issued a fee after it wasn’t returned after the end of the contract.

I checked inside your data, you used to have a previous my Home contract to the one that you are using at this point. I returned back to the address which it was came from . After three days when I was received the Router . When I want to send back the Router I asked from O2 service for free shipping but no one not send me the link , I send it by own money 7 Euro . After two months gone I received a letter about that Router . I don’t know the tracking number from DHL post . I can not able to prove that the time . I contacted with O2 last week I explained them all clearly I told them which address I send . Thanks for replying to me

I am really sorry, my colleagues from logistics check everything, we received no package, so the router you sent us is still missing. 

That is the reason why you where charged for the hardware. 

I am sorry that there is nothing more we can do for you.
