Product change : From O2 DSL L Flex to O2 My Home L Flex

Thanks for your reply ...Before this change I would like to know the monthly price which I will be paying for this?

My current monthly price = €39.99 (all together) and if this change will reduce this price then I will go for this change which make sense rite :)

As last time I had a bad experience with this , So I don’t want to face the same now.

the basic charge of My Home L is 34,99 EUR/monthly. You save 5 EUR compared to your current tariff. The change is free of charge.

Just to know what difference between the O2 DSL L Flex (old) and the new  O2 my Home L

-- I see only the price? any thing else?

One more question :  why the product cost is high for without contract, Foreigners like me this is flexible so I choose this but if you check my history I am your customer for more then 6 years.

Regarding the charges for my FritzBox

Last Year Dec 2020 I upgrade my 02 product when I ordered this as an offer I got Fritzbox for free (no rental charges I need to pay)
But in my billing statement it was diffenrent ...

02 DSL L Flex = 39.99
FritzBox 7490 = 4.99
Total I have to pay around = 44.98

I paid this for a few months to get it clarified and got back the offer and from May 2021 I am paying only 39.99 and I am not paying any fee for Fritzbox.


But now in my current change Dated 3rd Dec ...

I see charges for my fritzbox ie.,
02 my Home L Flex = 34.99
FritzBox 7490 = 4.99
Total = 39.98

can you please look into this now for this this change doesn't make any difference.

Hello @Guna,

I had a look into your issue and can inform you that your router will not be charged. In your written confirmation dated December 3rd 2021 you will find the discount: “100% Rabatt auf mtl. Hardware Option, Monatlicher Rabatt auf die Grundgebühr Ihres Routers”

This means that the charge will still be fully discounted.

Thanks for your response...As in summary its mentioned as  Total Monthly cost = 39.98. its not clear for me.

Again to clear myself as it got activated by this month I will be charged 34.99 Euro monthly from next billing rite?

Hi @Guna,

in the confirmation from the 3rd of december there is the fee for the FritzBox (4,99 EUR), but on the next side (page 4 of 10, “100% Rabatt” = 100% discount for the monthly hardware) it will be discounted, so you don’t have to pay it.
