Recently I’ve applied for o2 home cable connection. Now I have some problems and I would like you to help me.
- You’ve sent me a package, including the wall connector and the cable. The problem is that such connector is not compatible with my data outlet, see pics below. How can I connect my equipment?
- Once registered, the o2 web site asked we for MAC address of my device. I mistakenly entered the MAC address of my wi-fi router instead of the modem address. how can i fix it?
- The technician's visit is scheduled for October 22nd, but I will be on a business trip until noon on October 25th. How can the technician visit time be shifted?
ps When communicating with AURA in the whatsapp, it is written that if you enter an “Mitarbeiter”, the chat will switch to a live person, in practice, in 10 cases out of 10, the site gives an error. Why is the quality of care so low?
