No internet(IPV4 and IPV6) after activation


So technician finally activated everything perfectly. I waited 2 months to get the internet at my home, and the DSL signal is perfect. BUT, I still don’t have internet?? When I go into fritz.box for diagnostic, it says that the internet is not connected because there is no IPV4 and IPV6. 
 

Guys, I want my internet!!!

From what we can see, the connection is active and should be running. What are the LEDs on your FritzBox and the FritzBox itself showing in it’s event log?

Hi Sven,

Thank you for your answer. 
So you can see that I am actively receiving IPV4 and IPV6? Because this morning I didn’t have internet at all, and then I went out to work.

 

I’ll write you back around 19h tonight, when I come back home.

Still no internet. This is embarassing. This is UTTERLY embarassing. Still the same issue, Power/DSL is green constantly, WLAN is green constantly but there is no internet. Fix this or I will write everywhere how embarasing this is. 
 

I’ve tried plugging out the power cord and plugging it back in, but it doesn’t work.
