I am switching my FTTH conection from Telekom to O2. I’ve got my new contract Home XL 600 activated, new router installed, modem-ID registered via Hotline (nevertheless my O2 Kundenportal still shows me “Bitte nehmen Sie nun Ihr Glasfaser-Modem in Betrieb”, but I cannot as it gives me an error and asks to contact Hotline which I did).
The problem is: I still get the same IP-address from Telekom and have Telekom speed limits (550/120). Speed Test shows the same speed. In the logs of my router I see the following:

This is wrong and not what is in the O2 contract, basically.
Now I am not even sure if the activation was successfull.
Kindly ask you for your support? Or do I need to call Hotline again?
