Is there any english support hotline?! I called the german hotline several times and after waiting a lot, the customer service guy was so aggressive when i talked in english and just said since u are in germany you have to talk german and disconnect. The point here is when u want to make a contract all speak fluent english and when u want to ask for services there is no one speaking english. So maybe there is an english speaking hotline for non germans that we don’t know about it, so please share it with us. And please check your calls , i mean the one which are recorded to quality purposes to at least check ur service quality.
besides O2 charge me 200 euros for the first month!!! Why?!? And also i ordered a 100mbits lan connection for home office use and from 10am to 4am which is the working hour, my connection speed is only 5 mbits so each day i missed lots of my meeting sessions and now i have to go to work!! All the O2 company including the management board are welcome to our home and check their offered services!!!!
So If the internet speed is this much low why O2 has different plans ?!?! make a plan of “random speed by luck” and charge everyone the same rate.
so disappointed with the service and I want to know if there is a way of cancellation of the contract before leaving germany?!?!
