Is there any english support hotline?! I called the german hotline several times and after waiting a lot, the customer service guy was so aggressive when i talked in english and just said since u are in germany you have to talk german and disconnect. The point here is when u want to make a contract all speak fluent english and when u want to ask for services there is no one speaking english. So maybe there is an english speaking hotline for non germans that we don’t know about it, so please share it with us. And please check your calls , i mean the one which are recorded to quality purposes to at least check ur service quality.
besides O2 charge me 200 euros for the first month!!! Why?!? And also i ordered a 100mbits lan connection for home office use and from 10am to 4am which is the working hour, my connection speed is only 5 mbits so each day i missed lots of my meeting sessions and now i have to go to work!! All the O2 company including the management board are welcome to our home and check their offered services!!!!
So If the internet speed is this much low why O2 has different plans ?!?! make a plan of “random speed by luck” and charge everyone the same rate.
so disappointed with the service and I want to know if there is a way of cancellation of the contract before leaving germany?!?!

@Mammon666 What technology you use? VDSL, Cable or 4G? What hardware you exactly use?
O2 Support is terrible. Even when trying to speak some basic German the service is rude and often just hang up the call: They don’t even make an effort to understand the customer.
This has been like this for years without any effort from O2 to change that.

@Mammon666 the o2 Homebox is not the best choice, if you make home office over VPN or have multiple WiFi networks nearby.
1.) did you have check the speed over LAN Cable. If not, please check the speed over lan cable please.
2.) Please give the WiFi ssids different names and change the WiFi channels
Hi thanks for ur support. When the speed is very low i use the lan cable so atleast i could do some with lags but still no skype meetings. But the speed is still low. This is my speed at 23:18 friday night while it shouldnt be that much high traffic. 9Mbits and it supposed to be 100 or atleast 50 Mbits. is there any option I could have rather than this lan device ?!?!

@Mammon666 To say it right away. I don't like the o2 Homebox. Problematic in WiFi, VPN connections and the customer cannot see any line values. With a Fritzbox 7530 or 7590 none of this would be a problem. Can you please confirm that the speed test was made via LAN connection. If so, a technical ticket must be made.
After you get a pre ticket number try the WhatsApp service chat in English.
edited: Did you have more than one TAE connector box in your room? If yes and they are wrong connected you get the described problems too.

yes Lan and the connections are set properly. I paid about 200€ the first month and I don’t know how much i should pay again for this crap this month.
i will find some organization or something like that to complain to. No customer service in english and at the end of the month they just vacuum money from my bank account hahahahahahaha.

In your first invoice you were charged for your three contracts. Two mobile and one DSL contract. Each contract has a monthly fee and a one time activation fee.
That summs up to a rather high invoice in the first month.

Hi, yes I do still have problem with the connection speed.
Regarding my payment: two mobile phones 1 should be 10 and the other 15 + Lan 25 + installation costs 70+ 10 + 5 so in total shouldnt be more than 125 or max 130 € but i paid 198 euro
for lan only its 133 euro how is this possible?! I supposed to have a O2 My home L which is 25 € per month. 108 euro is the installation fee?!?! How comes?!

@Mammon666 If you choos a contract without 24 runtime than you have to pay 59,99 Euro for the homebox as a one time fee. It would be less expensive to buy a fritzbox 7530.
@schluej my contract is a 2 year + contract. If it was without 24 runtime i would cancel my contract just now. And i pay for the router on monthly installments
@Mammon666 Some times O2 has no special offer for there own router.
Than you have to pay a setup fee for the router too! But U should find all cost on the invoice.
I’m am sure it’s easy to comprehend the bill when it laying in front of you.

the unlimited data package has a full 100 % discount, so you paid nothing on it.
The DSL contract got no discount of 10 EUR because the mobile plan already got a so called Kombivorteil. And the second SIM got 50 % on the basic charge. Did you get a confirmation about an extra discount on your DSL?
